Well it took all day, like it usually does. Due to high cost of meat & cheese, I cut back by 1/3, but still, have enough for once a month for us & a few gifts! Also keep in mind the 3 large pans, usually have some leftovers, which of course, make another meal or 2! I have 2# more of ricotta cheese, but need more noodles. I also, new this year, made several pans of stuffed cheese shells. 1 of my great-nieces is a vegan.
